Initial Comments:
This report is the result of an unannounced revisit survey conducted on December 12, 2023, at Planned Parenthood Keystone - Wilkes-Barre as the result of a previous Registration survey conducted on October 23, 2023. It was determined the facility was in compliance with the requirements of the Pennsylvania Department of Health Regulations 28 Pa Code, Chapter 29, Subchapter D, Ambulatory Gynecological Surgery in Hospitals and Clinics.
